A huge, four-ton Nipper can be seen on the roof of the old RTA (former RCA distributor) building located at 991 Broadway in Albany, New York. The building was constructed in 1906 and served as a distribution center for RCA through the 1940's and 1950's. Since then, the building has had several owners and served a variety of uses.
